The Textile Enquiry Form enables us to keep track of customer enquires, textile action lists and customer purchase orders.
This google sheet document can then be edited by you and STSC staff at the same time. Therefore information will remain consistent and updated throughout the ordering process without having to save multiple copies of documents.

Make a copy of the Form by first clicking FILE_MAKE A COPY_REMAME. Please rename as "Your Name" Enquiry Form.
Before sending first ensure the google sheet link setting preference is set to:
"Anyone on the internet with this link can EDIT" along with an additional information or questions you may have.
