Fabric PRINTING
STSC work with a selection of Indian digital printers who can assist us in bringing your bespoke colours to life.
These include waterless digital printing and silk digital printing services. These services require a $340 AUD set up fee which includes liaising between clients and our specialised printers, print testing, to strike offs through to bulk print set up processes.
Timelines
1-2 months once print profiles/ strike offs have been approved.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for the mill to create print profiles or strike offs of your prints including shipping time.
You will be notified by any further delays due to the ever-changing COVID situation.
Overall allow 3 months for fabric printing with STSC.
Waterless digital PRINTING
With Mill 2 in India
STSC’s waterless digital printing service is designed to reduce waste in fabric, ink consumption and electricity making it energy and material conscious. Mill 2 utilises innovative and eco-friendly NeoPigment™ digital printing technology created by Kornit. The revolutionary process uses zero water in the printing process and includes no pre-treatments, washing or steaming.
Aside from being water free, the integrated process eliminates the need for external or additional chemical pre-treatments.The inks are water-based NeoPigment™ inks and are 100% free of heavy metals, formaldehyde and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE), making them non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable.

Option A: Initial sample order 10-15 metres, maximum of 2 prints. Once approved, please send through separate order for bulk.
Option B: Bulk order divided into sampling and bulk order. Sampling fabric is taken off the bulk order
e.g. 100 metres total order with 10 metres taken off for sampling with a balance of 90 metres for bulk.

e.g Print 1, Print 2 Print 3.
Send in Post to STSC to be forwarded onto the client OR sent direct to international client once NDA has been signed.

The mill will send parcels to STSC to be forwarded onto the client. For Production the fabric can be sent directly to your nominated factory.

graphic design file requirements
Photoshop PSD or Tiff files can be sent to our printing mills to create digital prints.
All files are to be set up in CMYK Colour, 8 bits/ channel.
The mill will provide you with a strike off for approval.

If the artwork is in repeat, provide dimensions for the repeat pattern tile.
