Design your own bespoke handwoven textiles to be woven by the Udupi handloom weaving co-op society in India
STSC is proud to partner with the Talipady Primary Weavers Service Co-Op Society in Upudi.
The society was established in 1950 and have won National level awards to weavers Society in 1994 – 95 and State level awards to some weavers before 2010. It is among the five weavers’ cooperative societies which has obtained the authorisation certificate to use the Geographical Indication (GI) tag to weave the official Udupi handloom sari.

Design your own textiles to be handwoven bespoke according to your choice of colours, stripes and checks.
Designers will be told which weavers will be working on their order and be able to name their textiles after the weavers if they choose to. Where possible designers will also receive individual photos and videos of the bespoke weaving plus the wonderful cards published about the weavers and/or receive permission to reproduce.
